    我最近的一些体会

    生活就是不断地面对一些问题，然后解决一些问题。

    人之初性本善，看到每个人的好的一面，帮助他发扬光大。

    不试图去改变别人。接受你能接受的。

    爱自己。爱家人。爱朋友。

    不该设想一切永远美好，这不真实，也不要以为自己能一直倒霉下去，那也很难。总结来说是不以物喜，不以己悲。

    追求的是快乐吗？那样的话就不可能快乐。

    从真实的生活中，慢悠悠地，不冷不热地，不执着又不放弃地，找到生命的意义。
